Steris Healthcare is putting the full power of our market leading solutions and our people to work every day in order to help Customers elevate patient care in Operating Rooms (OR), Endoscopy Suites, and Sterile Processing Departments (SPD).
Steam sterilizers (also referred to as autoclaves) are an essential part of the decontamination and sterilization process performed by sterile processing departments (SPD) in healthcare facilities. STERIS offers one of the broadest range of steam sterilizers and has a solution available to maximize department productivity and optimize workflow.
Designed for small spaces, these autoclaves provide quick turnaround for Operating Rooms (OR), Ambulatory Surgery Centers, and Locations.
These autoclaves are designed for fast and efficient steam sterilization of heat- and moisture-stable materials. The AMSCO 400 Series Small Steam Sterilizer is equipped with pre-vacuum, gravity, liquid, and all applicable test cycles. An optional Steam Flush Pressure Pulse (SFPP) configuration adds this cycle to your autoclave, eliminating the need for Bowie-Dick testing which reduces operating costs.
Key Features:
AMSCO C Series Remanufactured Steam Sterilizers are designed for fast, efficient sterilization of heat- and moisture-stable materials in addition to sterilization of items for immediate use. Equipped with prevacuum, gravity, leak test and daily air removal test cycles, AMSCO C Series Steam Sterilizers offer the latest features in both state-of-the-art technology and ease of use.
Key Features:
Efficient autoclaves designed to maximize throughput for your demanding SPD. Fully jacketed elliptical chambers provide superb sterilizer performance.
The AMSCO 400 Series® Medium Steam Sterilizer (autoclave) is designed for today’s demanding Sterile Processing Departments (SPDs). This medium autoclave safely sterilizes up to 375lbs per cycle, allowing you to efficiently handle high-volume sterilization and heavier trays while meeting compliance guidelines.
Key Features:
The sleek design of the AMSCO 600 Medium Steam Sterilizer (autoclave) meets two critical demands in your department – maximum throughput in a minimum footprint. Whether designing a new Sterile Processing Department (SPD), Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC), or planning for a department renovation, the combination of productivity and space savings makes the AMSCO 600 the obvious choice.
Key Features:
AMSCO® Evolution® Steam Sterilizers (autoclave) provides for efficient sterilization of heat- and moisture-stable materials used in healthcare facilities. This autoclave provides high-performance, high-capacity steam sterilization for a broad mix of instrument sets and medical devices.

An automated endoscope reprocessor (AER) is the preferred method over manual soaking for reprocessing complex endoscopes. STERIS AERs are available in one-sided or pass-thru configurations. Both support best practices by allowing for unidirectional workflow.
STERIS’s automated liquid chemical sterilant processing systems are preferred for low temperature LCS of heat-sensitive complex endoscopes, including flexible multi-channel devices and other high-risk endoscopes such as bronchoscopes, duodenoscopes, cystoscopes, and endobronchial ultrasounds. LCS eliminates all viable microbial life, including bacterial spores such as C-Diff, supporting infection prevention best practices.
High-level disinfection (HLD) kills or inactivates microorganisms that could cause infection when used according to product labeling. STERIS helps you maintain a safe and compliant HLD process for your staff and patients with validated products for complex endoscopes.
