GLOW-100 Aspergillus Galactomannan Ag Lateral Flow Assay

It is used to detect galactomannan (GM) in human serum samples, mainly for the auxiliary diagnosis of Invasive Aspergillosis (IA).

GLOW-100 Aspergillus IgG Ab Lateral Flow Assay

It is used for detection of Aspergillus galactomannan IgG antibodies in human serum samples, mainly for the auxiliary diagnosis of Chronic Pulmonary Aspergillosis (CPA).
Sample Specification Detection time
Serum/BALF 50 tests/kit 20 min

Glow-100 Fungus (1-3)-β-D-Glucan Lateral Flow Assay (LFA)

This product is intended for quantitative determination of the content of fungal (1-3)-β-D-glucan in human serum samples. Fungal (1-3)-β-D-glucan is a component of the cell walls of many pathogenic fungi (except zygomycetes and crypotococcus), and is a unique marker of fungi. When the blood and deep tissues of the human body are invaded by fungi, (1-3)-β-D-glucan derived from the fungal cell wall is phagocytosed and digested by phagocytes and can be released from the fungal cell wall into blood and other body fluids. Therefore, fungal (1-3)-β-D-glucan can be used for the early diagnosis of invasive fungal infections.

Beyond ELISA

Aspergillus Galactomannan Assay (ELISA)

It is used for the detection of Aspergillus galactomannan antigen in human serum and bronchoalveolar ELISA lavage fluid (BALF), offerinf a diagnostic reference for Aspergillus infection. Aspergillus Galactomannan Assay is based on sandwich Enzyme- linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA).

Fungus (1-3)-β- -Glucan Assay(ELISA)

It’s used for pan-fungal detection. (1-3)-β-D-Glucan is the main cell wall component of most fungi, such as Candida, Aspergillus, Fusarium, etc. By spectrophotometry quantitative detection of (1-3)-β-D-Glucan in serum, this assay offers a diagnostic reference for invasive fungal diseases. This product adopts the principle of enzyme-linked immunosorbent sandwich assay to detect (1-3)-β-D glucan antigen in human serum samples

Advantages of Monoclonal antibody against (1-3)-β-D-Glucan :

  • No use of horseshoe crab blood
  • No special requirements for microplate reader
  • No special requirements for blood collection tubes
  • Not interfered by endotoxin
